C\u00c9SAR PALACE PARIS<\/span><\/h3>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_height_percent=”0″ overlay_alpha=”50″ gutter_size=”3″ shift_y=”0″ css=”.vc_custom_1499851452345{padding-bottom: 40px !important;}”][vc_column column_width_percent=”100″ overlay_alpha=”50″ gutter_size=”3″ medium_width=”0″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″ width=”1\/1″][vc_column_text] <\/strong>A \u2013 CLAUSES G\u00c9N\u00c9RALES <\/strong><\/b><\/span>\n\nOur sales are subject to these general terms and conditions, which take precedence over all other terms and conditions of purchase, unless we expressly waive them in writing for exceptional events or services. They govern the services provided by Oh! C\u00e9sar with customers.\n\n <\/strong>B – BOOKING CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\nReservation requests can be made by telephone, e-mail or post. The customer will be informed as soon as possible of the possibility of his request being taken into account.\nbooking subject to availability of places or prices on the chosen dates. Acceptance of a booking request does not constitute confirmation of the booking.\nbooking.\n\nReservations are confirmed only after confirmation of availability on the desired date and, for groups of more than 10 people, the signed return of the voucher.\nand after payment of 45% deposit.\n\n <\/strong>C – RATE<\/strong><\/span>\n\nThe rates communicated by Oh! C\u00e9sar include the show, drinks and catering, depending on the performance chosen. Any other service not included in the price will give rise to a charge.\nadditional billing. Prices are given as an indication, on the day of booking, per person, in euros, all taxes included, and are subject to change.\n\n <\/strong>D – TERMS OF PAYMENT<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\n\nFor groups of more than 10 people, the balance is payable no later than 14 days before the date of the event.\n\nFor individuals of up to 10 people, the balance due will be payable by the evening of the event, unless otherwise specified.\n\n <\/strong>E – CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION<\/strong><\/span>\n\n <\/strong>1) Cancellation by the customer <\/strong>\n\nAll cancellations must be notified to Oh! C\u00e9sar in writing or by e-mail. The date of receipt of the cancellation will be taken as the reference date for the application of the cancellation fees set out below:\n\n– The planned service will be invoiced at 100% of the agreed billing price:\n
    \n \t
  • In the event of cancellation (or modification of the booking which will result in a reduction in the amount of the services initially booked) less than 15 days in advance\nbefore the date of the service,<\/li>\n \t
  • In the event of no-show on the day of performance. In such cases, the deposit will be retained as partial payment of the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n– The planned service will be invoiced at 45% of the agreed billing price:\n
      \n \t
    • In the event of cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the date of the service.<\/li>\n \t
    • In the event of a reduction in the number of customers validated at the time of signing the option voucher, occurring between 15 and 30 days before the date of the service, only one option will be granted.\nA 10% reduction in the number of customers validated at the time of signing the option form will be accepted without invoicing. Beyond this 10% of authorized customers, the rest of the\nreduction will be invoiced at 45% of the initially agreed invoicing price.\nIn such cases, the deposit paid will be partially deducted from the outstanding amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n– Example of a reduction:<\/strong> 100 people when the option certificate is signed.\n\nChange of number of people between 15 and 30 days before the date of the service.\n\nNumber of people increases to 70. Reduction in number of authorized persons = 10%, i.e. 10 persons,\n\n20 people remain in billable cancellation. So we’ll be invoicing 70 pax at 100% + 20 people at 45% of the invoiced price agreed on the option form signed by you.\n\n– The scheduled service will not be invoiced:\n
        \n \t
      • In the event of cancellation (or modification of the reservation which will result in a reduction in the amount of the services initially planned) more than 30 days before the date of the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIn this case, the deposit paid will be reimbursed in full.\n\n2) Cancellation by Oh! C\u00e9sar<\/strong>\n\nIn the event of cancellation of the entire service by Oh! C\u00e9sar, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full. However, Oh! C\u00e9sar will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from this cancellation.C\u00e9sar will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from this cancellation.\n\nF – LIABILITY<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\n\nOh! C\u00e9sar will do everything in his power to deliver a show that meets the customer’s expectations. However, if the customer has any complaints or criticisms to make about the quality of the show or services, these will not under any circumstances give rise to any reimbursement or compensation.\n\nOh! C\u00e9sar cannot be held responsible for any failure on its part resulting from an act of Force Majeur making it absolutely impossible for it to meet its commitments. Force Majeure shall also apply to the customer.\n\nG – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\n\nThe information collected is recorded in a computerized file. They are kept for a period equal to the maximum authorized by the regulations in force and are intended for the internal services of our company, established in the European Union. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.\n\nH – APPLICABLE LAW – COMPETENT COURTS<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\n\nOnly French law is applicable to this contract.
